My name is Wesley. I am the maker of the holsters here at Shadow Defensive. 

 

It all started out a few years ago when I purchased my first Byrna HD. As I am a Lefty, there were zero holsters on the market for left handed shooters. So after lots of consideration I decided to make my own. Having experience in working with Kydex in the past when I made knives this was not completely new to me. The first holster was made... and it was not the best but it worked. I made a few more and put them for sale on Ebay. That grew and now God has seen fit to bless me with a website, customers and a supportive wife. 

 

We offer three types of holsters:

Sentinel OWB Holsters. Our creed holsters are an Outside the WaistBand (OWB) holster that is designed to hug as close to the body as possible. The Creed line of holsters is ideal when concealment is not a top priority. 

Shadow Concealment Holsters. Our Shadow concealment holsters are specifically designed with concealment as the number 1 priority. 

Apex Tactical Holsters. Our Apex holsters are our Level II Offering to the market. We make them so that you can have an optic mounted and still have full use of your Level II Holster.

It is our mission to not only provide quality gear but also the proper training to go along with it. That is why Shadow Defensive has teamed up with Gunfighting Systems to provide you with top-tier training, enabling you to act with confidence and precision. We also provide holsters for the Byrna HD Less Lethal Pepper Gun. Because the Byrna is not a firearm and the possession of it is legal in many areas where a firearm is prohibited, it is a great alternative form of self defense.
