Shipping, Warranty & Return Policy

Shadow Defensive stands behind our products. We warranty our holsters for a lifetime against manufactures defects. If you have any warranty related issues please reach out to us and we will set up a repair or replacement holster for you.

 

If you wish to return the holster you must email us prior to shipping the holster back to us and within 30 days of delivery. Holster must be in new conditionwith no signs of use. If you wish to initiate a return we will issue a return label. Once we receive the holster and ascertain that is in good condition we will issue a refund. PLEASE NOTE: WE CHARGE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Basically we will pay for the return shipping, and we will refund you 80%. Please review out "Refund Policy" prior to placing an order.

WE CANNOT REFUND CUSTOM HOLSTERS. ALL CUSTOM HOLSTER SALES ARE FINAL.

Please Note that if belt loops or belt clips are lost and the provided thread locker was not used we cannot issue a warranty service.

Subjecting the holster to high heat (over 130 Degrees Fahrenheit) will cause the holster to become flexible and will loose retention and thereby void the warranty.

Please also note that subjecting the holster to hostile alien fire, deep sea diving, ballistic testing, extreme radiation and driving over your holster with any kind of vehicle (Such as, but not limited to the following) passenger vehicle, APC, Harrier, Grey Hound Coach bus, train or lawn mower will also void the warranty. 

If you modify a holster(ie, cut off sweat guard, cut to be open ended) this does not void the warranty.  It does however make the holster not refundable. If your modification has caused the warranty related issue the holster cannot be warrantied.
