Refund policy

I understand that without being able to physically hold an item in your own hands it can be difficult to judge if a product will work for you. Shadow Defensive offers a 30 day return policy for our holsters/gear IF they are unused and SHOW NO SIGNS OF USE OR DAMAGE.

However I do charge a 20% Restocking fee. I understand that can seem deceptive,  but it is to cover shipping and card processing costs. While shipping is "Free over $65" I do have to pay for it, and to return the product also costs us. I also have to pay taxes on returned items because Big Brother still considers it "Business Income". As a small business I simply cannot stay in business if I do not cover my costs. If you have concerns about our policy, please reach out to me prior to placing an order. This information is not hidden, and I do my best to make sure that the information is visible to anyone who uses our website. 

 

If you wish to return a holster due to my mistake (it does happen, I am human) I will not charge you the 20% restocking fee.
