 Shadow Defensive Steyr Holster

We’re excited to offer holster solutions for the Steyr C9, M9, and L9! Our Steyr holsters feature an open-ended design, allowing a one-size-fits-all approach within the Steyr lineup. The L9 will protrude slightly from the muzzle area on our “No Weapon Light” and “Streamlight TLR-7”models, but fit and function remain uncompromised.

Shadow Defensive IWB holsters are based around 3 principles:

Safety

We make our holsters to cover the trigger and trigger guard area so that it cannot fired while holstered. Please note that some larger weapon lights (Surefire X300/Streamlight TLR-1) decrease this function.

Securement

Not only must the holster have adequate retention to keep the firearm in the holster but it must also remain attached to the user. Furthermore the firearm must not have any ability to move inside the holster.

Longevity

We make our holsters are made from 0.093 kydex, which is thicker than many other options on the market. This allows for a longer service life and better resistance to the harsh conditions that can be applied to the holster, no single screw falling out will cause a catastrophic failure of the holster.

Our holsters are “Optic Cut” and accept suppressor height sights. We make our holsters open ended for the use of threaded barrels or longer versions of the firearm.

Our  holsters use an industry common hole spacing for our IWB clips and our concealment wing. Doing so gives the end user the option to use other hardware from different companies.

We recommend using thread locker on the screws holding the belt clips as these screws will typically back out the quickest.
